Terms & Conditions
- Flight paths may vary due to inclement weather, safety considerations and/or Air Traffic Control requirements.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars including GST and EMC and are subject to change without notice.
- All prices are per person (unless otherwise indicated) and are valid from 01 April 2008 to 31 March 2009.
- All prices include transfers from Cairns and Northern Beaches accommodation.
- Due to aviation weight restrictions, a passenger's body and luggage weights must be advised prior to the reservation being confirmed. Should a weight variance of more than 10% occur at time of departure, the right is reserved to charge a full (100%) cancellation fee.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to meet all transfers and connections at the scheduled times. Should a passenger not arrive for a transfer/connection at the specified time, resulting in a delayed or missed connection, all attempts will be made to provide an alternative transfer. The right is reserved to complete the tour on a following day or cancel the tour, applying full (100%) cancellation fee.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the flight to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of flight departure will be charged the full cost of the booked fare.
Dive Policy For Quicksilver Helicopters
- Introductory Divers: A client wishing to conduct an introductory dive at the Agincourt Reef site must Cruise/Fly to receive their onboard dive briefing.
- Certified Divers: A client wishing to conduct a certified dive at the Agincourt Reef site must Fly/Cruise; to ensure they stay within dive and fly regulations.
- Due to time restraints, there is a maximum of one dive per person.
